Orlando: You didn’t have to say you’d go. It sounds like Lizzie tried to give you the option to say no.
Robin: Aye I know but – I think she really wanted to go.
Robin: I mean, she’s gonna want to get to know her sister’s boyfriend, isn’t she? I couldn’t say I didn’t want to go.
Orlando: But you’re worried about it.
Robin: Aye well, you know me – don’t like meetin’ new people.
Orlando: Well, that’s not really true anymore, is it? You’ve been much better since you moved here.
Robin: There’s some nice people here. But not him, I don’t like him.
Orlando: It’s not compulsory to like everybody. It would be easier if you could get along with him though…
Robin: I know.
Orlando: Robin – are you sure you remember your first meeting with him in the right light?
Robin: How d’you mean?
Orlando: Well – it’s not so long ago that you were getting in a panic over the smallest things. Are you sure he was harassing you, or do you think you might have got it all out of proportion?
Robin: Ah no, man, he was – he – ah, I dunno…
Robin: Maybe I got it all wrong. That’s what everyone thinks. I spose it doesn’t matter.
Orlando: You know I don’t mean it like that…
Robin: I know I remembered it right – he was goin’ on an’ on about a story, he only stopped cos Jake came along…
Orlando: At least you won’t be alone with him tomorrow. You’ll have your friends around you. That will make it easier.
Robin: I know. I’m just bein’ stupid. It’ll be okay, won’t it?
Orlando: Yes – I’m sure it will.
