Lizzie: Isn’t there anything you like the look of?
Robin: Yeah – yeah I’m just decidin’…what do you usually have?
Lizzie: I have something different every time. Penny likes to vary the menu a bit so it doesn’t get boring.
Robin: Ah well I suppose I’m a bit borin’, me – I just find somethin’ I like, and I stick to it.
Lizzie: Well – we’ll have to find something here that you like and you can stick to! Robin, if there’s nothing on the menu that you like, I can ask Katie to make something how you want it.
Robin: Ah, no, I don’t want to put anyone to any trouble.
Lizzie: Robin, it isn’t that much trouble! I mean, look at the sandwiches –
Lizzie: – it says ham and tomato, and cheese and pickle, on the menu, but you could ask for ham and cheese, or ham and pickle, or even tomato and pickle if you really wanted that, and Katie would make it for you.
Lizzie: Oh Robin, you look all worried about it now – it’s only lunch! Look, I’m having a jacket potato with cheese and tuna. Why don’t you have that? Is that something you’d like?
Robin: Yes, I’d like that, Lizzie.
Lizzie: You are funny! I don’t know how you cope with big decisions, if you can’t decide what to order for lunch.
Robin: Someone usually makes the decisions for me…well – I mean they used to. I’m findin’ I’m not all that good at doin’ it for meself.
Lizzie: I think that buying your own place, so far away from your family, must have been a big decision.
Robin: I suppose…dunno if that was a good decision yet.
Lizzie: You need to have more confidence in yourself – I’m sure it will come in time.
Lizzie: Anyway, I’ll go and order – I won’t be a minute.
